The article provides a comprehensive review of laparoscopic robotic-assisted surgery in reproductive medicine, highlighting its applications, advantages, and limitations. This advanced surgical technology has revolutionized gynecological procedures, offering reduced blood loss, shorter hospital stays, and better ergonomic benefits for surgeons compared to open and traditional laparoscopic methods. Its use spans various fertility-enhancing and preserving procedures, including myomectomy, endometriosis treatment, fallopian tube reanastomosis, and ovarian transplantation, alongside emerging roles in addressing complications like cesarean scar defects and cervical insufficiency. The integration of artificial intelligence promises further advancements, improving precision and decision-making. Despite its benefits, challenges such as high costs, longer operative times, and the need for specialized training persist, making patient selection and surgeon expertise critical for optimal outcomes. Future research is essential to establish long-term efficacy and cost-effectiveness for widespread adoption.
