This video article describes the first robotic radical trachelectomy for cervical cancer performed using the Hugo RAS platform (Medtronic). A 36-year-old woman with FIGO stage IA2 cervical adenocarcinoma underwent the procedure, including sentinel lymph node mapping and radical trachelectomy, completed in 310 minutes. Postoperative recovery was smooth, with minimal complications, including temporary urinary catheter use. The Hugo RAS platform offers high-quality 3D imaging, ergonomic benefits, and cost efficiency compared to traditional systems but presents challenges in docking and spatial requirements. Despite its learning curve, the study concludes the Hugo RAS platform is a safe and viable alternative for complex gynecologic oncology surgeries, comparable to the da Vinci system.
