This multicenter retrospective study compares the effectiveness and safety of the da Vinci and Hugo™ robotic-assisted surgical (RAS) systems in treating deep endometriosis. Patients were evaluated for perioperative complications, pain relief, and improvements in urinary and gastrointestinal function post-surgery. Results showed comparable intraoperative complication rates between the systems, though postoperative complications were slightly higher in the da Vinci group. Both systems led to significant improvements in pain and function, with the da Vinci system showing greater benefits in gastrointestinal and urinary function. The study highlights the potential of both RAS platforms for endometriosis surgery, with specific strengths observed in each.
