The study examines the safety and effectiveness of single-port robotic sacrocolpopexy (SCP) for treating pelvic organ prolapse. Conducted on 200 patients, the study found low intraoperative and postoperative complication rates, with a 9.5% composite surgical failure rate at one year post-operation. The procedure was associated with a median operation time of 212 minutes and a median hospital stay of 3 days. The findings suggest that single-port robotics-assisted SCP is a safe and effective option for prolapse repair, with favorable perioperative and surgical outcomes.
